Group of us thinking about making the trip up on Sunday. It's a fair old drive for us, so don't want to make the effort if it's a mess.
Any locals cab give us the heads up on trail conditions right now and what it's likely to be like Sunday given a bit more rain?

Are you going to be following the red/black or off piste stuff?
There's a group on Facebook called Hamsterley Riders. This questions gets asked at least 3-4 times a day so you should get a good idea on there.
I'm up the mora I'll let you know. Can probably guarantee slop even on the man made but it still rides well. Be prepared if you go on the Facebook page and ask about the weather to be ridiculed! A lot of the off piste runs will be slop city but it's all still fun
It was okay yesterday on the regular trails, no off-piste stuff. Some ice here and there but the trails were running fine.
