Morning all,
Been wearing my winter boots up until now (i know, was getting a bit toasty...) as I couldn't find my trusty old Sidi shoes. But finally found them and they are really stiff on top. Any good ideas on how to soften them up? As they are not leather (they use Lorica, an artifical leather) I don't think leather conditioner is necessarily the best plan. And google doesn't return much on this!

Not a sarcastic answer but just wear them. Unless they're too tight they will give.
I have the sidi dominators and they're the same.
Are they not new?
