5 for me, 9 between the 3 of us.
I have best road (race bike), winter road, TT bike, HT MTB, and cross bike. All of them get used, although the TT bike hasn't been used in about 3 months. Apart from the winter road bike I race all of them at various points in the year.
OH has a hybrid and a road bike, Jnr has a road/cross Isla bike and a mountain bike. The only bike that doesn't see much action is the OHs road bike, she's just never got into riding it. She keeps saying we should sell it, for the spec we'd probably sell it for more than we paid, but if she got into road riding and wanted to get one eventually it would cost twice as much.
Currently 3 - Giant XTC HT, Giant TCRC1 roadie, Boardman HT Comp Fi and soon to be adding a Blur LTc.
Currently in the lounge (GF is ace) but with Christmas coming now trying to plan where the bikes go and where the Christmas tree goes!!

If I won the lottery I'd have a massive strip-lit underground bunker with a bike for every day of the month in it. And an au-pair mechanic to keep them all in good nick
