mine wetted out hugely last night, what can i sort it with? got tech wash and spray on proofer

How old is it? Mine gave up the ghost after about 3 years of use (particularly last winter though). Bum wets through really quick now. I've tried the Nikwax cleaner/reproofing routine, but to no avail.
