Got a new road saddle and it's completely level. I've found on rides on the last couple of days I've suffered from some "ball pain" or heating or I'm sure there's a proper term for it. Slightly angle the nose down and try or maybe the saddle is wrong for me?
bump
I had this. The only proper solution I found was to wax my testicles (don't shave them, the stubble is a nightmare) and then smear them with goosefat pre-ride. To ensure full coverage it's always best to get your mate to inspect you've done a thorough smearing job before setting off on your ride.
A visual check is fine, no need to get 'hands on', that would be wrong.
Or you could just adjust your saddle.
Slightly adjust the saddle nose up works for me on the road bike to avoid the pain you describe.
It was sooooo hot on the train home last night.... when I got in I stripped my kegs off and jumped in the paddling pool with my little lad.... (He's 18months btw, just to clear up which lad I was talking about)
