Does anyone know what service Hope what service Hope would use for the return of a faulty brake I sent them for service?
A bit gutted as I sent this to them hoping off the back of the stories of very good turnaround that it would be back for some weekend riding.
Postie's been and no brakes so just wondering if it's worth staying at home in case a courier comes...

Hope use FedEx, unless you paid for it, would not expect a Saturday delivery.
For turn-around, last time I sent my lights back to them, posted 1st class on a Wednesday, FedEx delivered them back on the Friday that week.

Sent Monday, signed as arrived Tues and no sign of fedex today 😥
Guess I may have borrow a mates bike for sunday's ride
