Can a normal Pro2 rear hub be converted to a 150mm x 12mm axle? Thanks

No. I do have a pro2 wheelset with a 150 x 12 rear going cheap if you are interested (cheeky and blatant hijack) 😀

No, you need a new hub. 142mm x 12mm is the widest.
