i have mono m4's at the moment, 180mm, IS fitting to my fox vanilla's
look to be getting a new bike with a fork that has post mount.
From what i can see the hope converter add's 20mm to the disc so would need to buy a new roter at 200mm
but what about the shimano
"Shimano Mount Adaptor Front Post to IS 180mm"
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=17390
would that work without having to change roter size??
Only if your caliper was for 160 to start with. Shimano calipers are (mostly) all 160 so the post to IS you mention brings it up to 180. If you fitted your 180 hope caliper it'd still need a 200mm disc.
ah ok, cheers.
So is a 200mm rotor ok to fit to a fox f120 rlc fit?

Looks like 180mm?
