It's a steal... Literally.
The fact that the guy doesn't even know how to describe the tyres properly and the fact that the P7 is a cromo frame don't really help much either...
I wonder if there's some poor soul wandering around, looking for his lost P7.

The guy advertising the Heckler even says it's stolen!!!!
I wonder if this is an advert offering a £100 reward to anyone with info...?
