Ok, looking for mid level set up, eg 105/Ultrega. Anybody know of any bargains, or mix and match? £400 plus for a Dura Ace rear mech 😯

Latest Ultegra 6700 in grey - £549 at Merlin (make sure you're logged in for the VIP prices). Compact and a choice of crank lengths too, and 5% cashback too if you go via Top CashBack, takes it to something like £521... 🙂

Or if you want cheap but brand new, they've got the 'old' 105 (5600) group with Tektro calipers, 170mm cranks only, but compact and choice of cassette ratios for £280. Do the Top CashBack thing and you're there for £266, which is only £15 more than the RRP of the 105 STI levers was!

Ultegra grey as above, similar priced at Ribble if (but without the cashback) if they're low on/out of stock.
