I'm doing the fourteen hill Hills Killer in the Isle of Wight Cycling Festival. It's 52 miles, if you don't get lost, and it's supposed to be quite hard, unless you're a serious athlete, which I'm not.
Anyway, I''m doing it in aid of Age Concern Isle of Wight, for reasons that are explained on my [url= http://www.justgiving.com/hillsbells ]JustGiving page[/url]. I've never done this sponsorship thing, (or, at least, not since I was about ten) and I'm finding it exquisitely embarrassing, but a few people have already been very kind and I'm on 9% of my target.
If anyone here did feel moved to help out, I would be very touched. I'd also be very grateful for any advice from people who have done this sort of thing before.
