I can't find a guide online anywhere... What shock pressure for a gent around 14st all loaded up?

Dick around with it til it sags right, then ride it and se if you like it?
I'm 10st and with 120mm rocker my RP23 runs at about 120psi, a setting I arrived at by dicking around with it then riding it and seeing if I liked it.
