[#1288220]

Mum's 60th coming up and we'd set our heart on this print by Catherine Rayner:

the gallery owners had been on holiday and in the two days they have been back the print has sold 🙁

anybody know of similar artists or works that can be viewed on line? We've only got a week although she'll just have to wait if we can't get anything in time.

Pretty gutted as we'd set out heart on this one but had to wait for overseas relatives to contribute money before committing and now it's gone.

Budget is in the £700 ball park and Hares or Otters are what we are looking for. We particularly liked the print above as it has connections with childrens illustration and my Mum loves childrens books.

Catherine has another Hare print available but we really liked this one, the fact that it has been distracted by it's curiosity in passing nature is just so completely my Mum 🙁

This lot are advertising it - it's called Eva isn't it?

Take a look at www.soniarollo.com as she has done quite a few prints of hares.

Otter you say?

The curry house near us does a fine Chicken Tarka. It's like Chicken Tikka, but it's a little 'otter.

Are any of the Masquerade pics available btw?

Thanks woffle, we've decided to go down the sculpture route as it seems this is what she'd prefer.

You could try getting hold of this one:

But I have a feeling it's probably quite a tad expensive.. 😕
