i've tried ringing Hop and they don't make them anymore, but someone, somewhere must have some stock... won't they?!?

I think only the 1 1/8" standard external cup headsets are available in the colours. All of the other variants, including the mix and match, only come in black.
Have a look on the Hope website headset pages.
If you've tried all of the usual online retailers then I think you'll struggle. Maybe Leisure Lakes. They don't come up on searches on Google. Moon on a Stick I think?
It's not THAT expensive to get parts anodized yourself if you're that bothered. I'm not sure how accurately you'll be able to colour-match though.
Can I point out the folly of colour matching an internal headset that you can't really see?
Hmmm... I'm not against the thought of taking one to be done for me...
And yes I realise it's totally pointless doing it for that minute glimmer of purple 😳
