I am currently using a Giro Hex but this always feels loose and uncomfortable. I try to get it to fit right but i have conceded that my head is the wrong shape! It felt ace in the shop honest.
I am a medium in a Giro if thats any help, long thinninsh head!
Try a MET. I've been a long time Giro fan, but I'm finding METs more comfortable, particularly around the strap connection point.

I used to use my pro tec bmx lid for riding in, so the giro is a revelation
