Ok
I have a set of newer rebas with a post mount and a set of retro xt 4 pots that are IS mount...
I bought a shimano adaptor that in theory should do front post to IS but i think i was sold the wrong one and is for newer shimano brakes...
I cannot seem to get an adaptor to work....
any suggestions please?

ok hope do one i found but i also need a bigger disc +20mm to work - bugger...

That was my understanding. It's a pretty common mount but always needs a +20 rotor.
