[#1861950]

Having ridden in Scotland for a week, the heel on my shoe has rubbed on the one side of my rear triangle...

To prevent it from rubbing any further I have put some electrical tape on it, is there another solution as it looks untidy...I have heard of some bike/heli tape...

Any suggestions please ?

I get heel rub as well, I use duck tape as I have an anodised frame, heli tape would do the job as well if not better.

connect the toes of your boots together with strong elastic?

Get used to it. Soon whatever tape you put on will wear out.

Copter tape from Just Riding Along. I just got some for my new swing arm. have it fitted to other bikes for years and works a treat.
