If you run a coil shock, how heavy are you in kit and what weight spring are you using?

I had a 2007 latest shape with a Push'd DHX-5 Coil 400lb spring 90Kg in my gear.

Older shape, 14.5 stone, 450lb spring. Probably a tiny bit soft if I'm honest.

If you know the 400lbs spring is wrong as you've got one and can measure the sag, then this might be useful to help work out what you really need...
