Can I fit an EC44 cup in to a frame which normally has a ZS44 ?
I want to fit a angle adjustable head set in my Saracen Ariel 162
Its original spec are
ZS 44 / 28.6
EC 49 / 40
It may not be possible due to the set up, but I can't see why not.

It would add stack height so depends if your steerer is long enough.

I have stack height as there are spacers under the stem at present.
No other perceived issues?

Alters the angles slightly, so may take the adjustment further than you want it to. It'll physically fit, hope diagram here confirms

Yes. I have an EC44/ZS56 Works -2 headset in my Zero AM, which normally has a ZS44/56.
