It wasn't high speed, but I hit my head hard enough to give me a headache. Should I replace it to be on the safe side?

I would say yes, helmets are not a reusable item.

I don't think Fox do it. Problem I have is a funny shaped head, that fit's right in a fox, but badly in eveything else. Get squashed front and rear.

You should totally buy a new helmet fella. You can't put a cost on your health and well being and if you had another tumble and the helmet didn't offer the required protection ... yuck!

Plus, you will constantly be aware of the fact that you are riding with a faulty brain-bucket ... that has to affect your confidence when riding.

Safety first always I reacon!

(Sorry for sounding like a really old man!)
