[#6725928]

My Mum, Step Dad and Sister are all visiting me (they had to catch a plane to get here) because I didn't want to take my newborn back to Blighty for Crimbles.

Tomorrow our cleaning lady is in and the plan is to go to a Givenchy retrospective exhibition at local gallery to give her time to clean uninterrupted.

My riding buddies are proposing a pre christmas early morning blast that would almost perfectly fit the timetable.

Please provide me with sufficient [s]excuses[/s] reasons to go out.

Get bike out and ride, tell them you have already seen the exhibition.
Or plan b you need to do some last minute shopping while they are out or wrapping presents
Plan c tell them you need to give the cleaning lady her Christmas bonus....

This "Givenchy retrospective exhibition", is it a bunch of empty perfume bottles?

One of the joys of living abroad is one must have a boy.

Just come up with a good excuse and cover your tracks or guilt them into going for a ride something like if you really loved me you would want me to go for a ride.

Try this one..."Im just popping down to the shops.. The cook has forgotten a few ingredients and the chauffeur is busy polishing the Jag".

Should buy you a few hours.
