[#11980234]

I'm risking my life and venturing to Hebden Bridge for a family gathering weekend after next. I'll lob my gravel bike in, mainly as both my MTBs are broken awaiting parts, so seeking ideas/gpx for a decent ride 60-80km to keep me out the way for a few hours ! Any ideas most welcome.

Theres this......
big hebden loop
Its a bit more mountain bike than gravel, particularly around Whirlaw stones and on down to Rodwell end, that bit can be missed with a bit of road, and bits over High Brown knoll and Thornton moor are also more than gravel. Best done anti clockwise, its about 60km, nicer than the mary townley.

Pennine bridleway down to the Peak, few civilised ales in Manchester, then train back to the Bridge?

Couple of rough stretches on the PBW that way on a gravel bike, but ok for a one-off ride.

Valley miles count double! You might aw well do the Mary Towneley Loop if you think you're up for that kind of mileage. More fun would be a pile of up and down stuff round the valley sides, though I don't have a GPX of anything useful since I'm not a Strava user. Look for RideDrinkPie on Facebook and you might find someone to show you round - that the low gnar/gravel group that rides on a Tuesday night.
