Im a total novice at looking after my bike. Apart from cleaning, changing the brake pads and changing tyres i will struggle.

I want to get my head round maintaining and upgrading my bikes. This includes the BMX built my son has just undertaken.

So what do u recommend for a novice/muppet like myself
