My recon 351 solo air would benefit from a service. Going to have a go myself but unsure what I need to order. Seems to be a few different kits available. One has motion control bits in, one doesn't. Do I need to do everything?

For a full service you'll need :
seals
Motion control service kit
air service kit
some oil
Your fork may however just need a seals and oil change so you'd buy the refresh kit for £39
