As the title suggests, I've got play in my Trance X bearings or bushings somewhere. I think it might be the shock bushing (top end nearest the pro-pedal lever). Does this sound most likely?
If so, can I assume most shock bushings are the same/similar and that it's a fairly cheap LBS job to fix?

Stupid question, but have you tried tightening everything up?
The shock mount has worked loose on my trance, feels just like bushing play.
Yup, it's all as tight as is sensible.

Yeh sounds like worn bush and should be available from your lbs or can or can get em from mojo post free i think if ordered online

Another idea - you can try to find the exact place where the play is by playing and checking different pivots with fingers.
I had it looked at. It was the top shock bushing. I did have a play with my fingers, and it felt like a loose bush (fnar)
Sorry. Anyway, it's replaced now and all is well again.
