How are you loading courses on to your GPS?
I've previously used plotaroute.com to create a tcx file and dropped it on to the GPS when plugged into laptop. This is no longer working... It could be plotaroute causing the problem I suppose, so if so what sites are you using to create the route? Cheers
Only got mine this week.im using strava routes from Garmin connect it seems to work well.
Assuming its the same process for the 520 as my 510, I create a .gpx, then convert in www.gpsies.convert.do on my PC; then open Garmin Connect & import *.crs and bluetooth it to the Edge.
It's easier if you are following mapped tracks the whole way to create the course on a PC in Garmin Connect course builder as it snaps to the track.
The first way works but is such a faff thatI've largely given up navigating from the Garmin and I use an old phone on the bars with the Viewranger maps app running.
