Full moon is nearly upon us, and I remember an amazing night ride a few years ago when we had a full moon over lying snow, just amazing light all around.

Back then I didn't have a decent camera phone. This year I have the camera phone but the snow here in Lower Derbyshire has gone already.

So, let's see some decent moonlit snowy riding photos to show me what I am missing!

I was out last night, up the moor on my tod, and it was absolutely amazing. Bright moon, patches of snow and stars everywhere. I was really wishing I had a camera that could've captured it, but my iPhone can't.

May have a go tomoro night with the bridge camera and a wee tripod.

Not from this actual full moon but it took 15 minutes at -20C to get this shot... almost froze.
