Never thought I'd see the day! CRCs bike scheduled to be collected today (see previous thread) Sods law they called when I was at Physio which I'd told CRC about. Driver read my note apologised he wouldn't be able to call back but he'd see if another driver could call later. I contacted CRC asked if it was worth staying in they said they wouldn't be back today. 2pm a van pulls up Yodel driver to pick up bike! Get in! Who ever would have thought those 2 companies would swap places in the customer care ratings?
