I have one of the above. Been in a box for ages and now trying to put together a project bike for my daughter. Problem is I have no instructions and I'm not sure I have the headset bits installed in the right order!
There is a split ally ring that could go bottom or top?
A rubber seal ring that I'm assume is for the bottome but it doesn't seem interested in fitting.
There is also a plastic ring with a lip on that I have no idea where it goes!
Headset is not cartridge and uses needle bearings.
I don#t suppose anyone can help me on the diffinitive order of parts from bottom to top can they?
Any help appreciated.
