After a front rack, not for panniers but to take a front bag/drybag. Would like it to be as minimalist as possible but not massive spendy .

Are you attaching to dropouts, lowrider mounts or canti bosses?

Wheel & tyre size may narrow your options, it certainly does for 29" X 3".
