Any tips on a quick fix apart from 1X9/10/11

Cable tension, limit screws, mech height, is the mech straight with the chain rings?

Do you clean it, and if so what with? I had an indie like this which was due to a build up of Muc Off residue in the links.

Sounds like you need to replace your cable and housing.
