Hello,
Slight run out on front chain ring, which of the two screws do I turn to stop the chain running on the mech. +/-?

Have a close look at the mech, with the chain in the big ring the screw nearly touching something is the one to turn, turn it. If it gets closer to the rest of the mech you'll be reducing the mnech travel. Have a fiddle, suss out how it works so next time it'll be second nature (or have another look).
