My seatpost says I should use friction paste with it.

Where can I get this at a reasonable price?

My reverb suggested the same, I didn't bother, just gave it a good clean.

Best stuff I had came with a Syntace stem that I got from Poshbikes. Maybe call them? It was good.

I got some ages ago due to having a carbon hardtail, it's ment to stop you tightening the clamp too tight but for the life of me can't remember where I bought it from. Looks like they have pointed you in the right direction.
