I got over 40mph down the local 'steep tarmac descent into town' on my fatty with a Bud on the front. It sounded like a Stuka in a power dive.

We've found that you DO need to be very precise with tyre pressures though - to the point where a digital gauge is a pretty good idea..

That sounds like a ball ache.

It's not that big a deal it's just at low pressures a 10% difference can make a big difference.

I just check pressures each ride like I do on all my other bikes (they all bleed air a little when run tubeless).

You _Ache anyway so it's only an incremental ache on top of your existing burden 😉
