Freehub thin shims for loose bearings

hi, i'm trying top resurrect a loose bearing shimano-style freehub, but it's blinding when i tighten the outer race. Does anyone have any spare shims? The current ones (two of them) are 18mm ID and 22mm OD. I can't find any online as all are much bigger OD.
