Got a gt zaskar 9r 100 carbon expert witha 100mm travel rear shock. The measurement eye to eye is 6.5 inches.
What would happen if I put in a 191mm shock? Looking at the kashima ones on crc.

It would steepen the head and seat angles by just over 1 degree, but more significantly it would raise the BB by quite a lot, maybe as much as an inch or so.
It would probably make it horrid to ride.
