fox float forks not...

Can anybody help me I have a set of fox float 130 mm drcv forks and they wont use all the travel.they used to until recently ive tried running less pressure in them but it hasnt made a difference. Even if I let all the air out the fork they wont fully compress can anybody help?

They don't compress fully .. Maybe around 15mm spare ??

Id say about 25 mm spare.

It could be the piston o-ring has gone in the air side chamber, this allows the bath oil in the bottom of the air-sping lower leg to migrate to the upper chamber thus locking out the travel. Give mojo a call and explain to them what is wrong and order the correct o ring + replacement foam seal.

edit : but without physically seeing the fork i'm only hazarding a guess.
