I'm in the process of tweaking my 2011 Fox FIT RLC forks, and need some advice onadjusting the lockout force.
In the online owners manual, it states that the black lockout force adjuster knob has 10 clicks of adjustment. I can't get much adjustment out of mine, let alone 10 clicks worth. All I can achieve is about 1/8 of a turn.
I have tried loosening off the allen bolt at the top, but these has negligible impact on the range knob movement.
Any ideas what I need to do?
Thanks.
Warranty job I reckon
Mine was a little stiff from new. I had to be quite firm with it to get the first few clicks. Once it got moving it was fine.
thanks folks. i still can't budge them, so i think i'll go down the warranty route.
update....
attacked the knob with pliers wrapped in cloth before work this morning. initially very stiff, but now freed up.
