Found - pair of Rapha arm warmers nr top of Rhigos climb. Must have fallen out of someone's jersey pocket.

Found today at about 12 - loads of people up there today so guess it was one of them.
ps arm warmers almost as good as knee warmers or a pair of suspenders.
