Left leg knocking can feel some lateral movement and is judering under breaking. This is getting worse by the ride. No obvious wear in uppers with them apart. Worn bushings? Replaceable diy or scrap? (Fox 29 rl from circa 2007?)

Deffo the bushings. You'll need a call to Mojo or TFT or something to find out if they can get replacements.
