Anyone got any inside info on when deliveries of Focus 2021 models (specifically e-mtb) will start? The bike shops say they don't know.

More than likely they will be next year as Shimano have told all customers to not sell any bikes due to the motor body cracking when the drive is employed

The ones I'm interested in have the Bosch motor. Specifically Jam squared 6.9

I’ve got a Jam2 6.8 being built in the bike shop this week, I ordered it two months ago though.
Focus and my lbs were very clear when it would be delivered even ordering mid covid. I think it’s shimano drive train bits that’s slowing them down.
