Yep, they did a proper job there! Not sure it'd have totally stopped that, but I'd always always put dropout spacers in the fork and rear dropout to stop them getting crushed. They've obviously just put sommat heavy on top of that.

In any case, do separate carriers have their own handling guys? Never looks that way to me - Shirley they are employed by the airport? (except terminal 5 etc)

Did he sleep with his bike or something? What was with the snogging song? Sorry for him as that bike is well & truly FUBAR, presumably by Delta or one of it's agents, but as a viral I don't think Delta have too much to worry about.
