would flow rims be overkill on a p7 for general cross country or am I better goin lighter, im 11and a half stone . tempted towards them for extra strength even tho Im no down hiller. opinions please.

errm, at 11.5 stone i'd say your better off with 355s.
i have flows, but i'm about 15.5 stone 😳

I love flow rims. They're not heavy, about the same as 717s. What i love is the more stable feel to wider tyres
