How do folks find these size up ? Tried a 10 (44.5) and 11 (46) earlier. Seem quiet small sized compared to Specialized SPD shoes where I am always a 45 ?

I find they size up pretty much normal. I'm a size 11 and always buy the 46. I have 4 pairs of 5tens, 2 pairs are Freeriders. All fit lovely.
Edit - I have a high instep so usually go for a wide fitting in other types of shoes.

Ta - I need a wide toe box, so will stick with the 11's I think, cheers

Bigger than Spesh flat shoes in my recent experience.
Agree with Jeff, pretty much normal.
