Have an old 1kg powder extinguisher that I want to turn into a tyre inflator.
Any tips for cleaning it out? It still has some powder but no pressure.

wash it out with water and allow to dry?

Set it off into a rubble sack in short bursts. Dry powder gets everywhere.
Just spotted the no pressure bit.
Unscrew the valve assembly and carefully empty it into a rubble sack.
Then yeah, give it a rinse.
