Can Stans fluid be injected into presta tubes once the valve core has been removed?
Has anyone done this?

Yes, I've done exactly that - only some brands have removeable cores though - Schwalbe and one other IIRC. I worked ok but you don't really get the benefit of stopping pinch flats which for me is why I'm on tubeless.
