[#4904181]

I've tried calling, mailing, txting. no response.

Been waiting for a part for 6 months, having paid £120. Just discovered they are now in but not been told and now can't get hold of anyone, site is down for maintenance, so it says??

Anyone know?

Surely not paying their bill for the Enduro race series hasn't toppled them completely...

after 6 months I'd be checkign whther the card company have a time period during which you have to make a claim.

As above I would be initiating a chargeback with the card company.

There is a cut off which I think is 120 days. You are beyond that although it is considered to be 120 days from the point at which you discovered there was a problem for an online purchase (if you paid in the shop you are pretty much stuffed I think).
