Must say a big thanks to fatbirds for their quick and no questions asked service. returned some gloves where the stitching had come away and a new pair was sent out.
This is the sort of customer service that will make me go back for other items.

agreed. there was a rather chunky lass that used to work at the glyncorrwg cafe, and she always served the biggest portions of lasagne, so it must be true.
Second thread in a week praising them - with same daft response...... 😀

They once took a front mech off a stock bike for me to buy there and then - excellent service.
