Found an ad on carandclassic, apparently they're based just down the road from me in Corbridge.
That looks pretty bad-ass, although the seat angle ruins the whole café racer look as you're going to have to sit bolt upright to ride it.
Riding home the other day I was pondering whether a café racer styled commuter would be cool or not. Standard road bike geometry, but with a very long (650mm?) top tube, stubby stem, ace style handlebars, Schwalbe Fat-Frank up front, On-One BSC type 1 out back (because they look as close to classic avon speedmasters as possible), disk brakes.
Electric with a fuel tank would be even cooler!
