I see there are a few variants. Which do I need to extend my Diablo to 2 or 3 hours burn time? The mac daddy 8.7 looks too large for helmet wearing.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

As another option I got a triple cell battery for my Diablo from Smudge at MTB batteries. It cost the same as a single cell version did at the time (a couple of years back). Smudge asked how long I wanted the lead so it could reach down to my jersey rear pocket. I'm sure he could do you a single/double cell if you only want 2/3hrs on full blast.

A diablo MK7 has a 3100mAh battery according to their webpage and gives 1 hour on max. So the support cell that is 3100mAh will give you another hour on full. The 8.7 will give you another 3 hours.

So my recommendation would be the 3.1 and choose a program which lasts ~1.5 hours or more on the Diablo.
